Despite my firm belief in the 'If you don't ask, you don't get' philosophy, I got something a couple of days ago and I didn't even ask for it!
I've had a really busy but productive week this week, which started in my meeting my new accountant for the first time. My gut tells me I'll get on really well with the lovely Morris, so that's a relief to have that sorted out. I also met Peter Stanley, the property expert, who once again gave me some really good advice (whenever he could get a word in) about how I could potentially use property as part of my rat race escape plan. All this and some new clients, potentially new cleaners, finishing up the final details for my new-look blogsite (you're reading it now), cleaning out cat litter trays (all the live-long day) - I haven't really had a minute to breathe.
So what did I get?
Well, Peter was kind enough to give me three signed copies of his book, Property Made Simple, for me to give away to the first 3 people who email in. I thought I'd spice things up with a competition question and in honour of property investing being all about the maths I came up with the following: If 2 kittens, who are not much bigger than a large man's hands, eat an average of 3 to 4 meals per day, how can it be that they produce a daily average of 5 poos each?
Answers on a postcard please. Or if you don't know the answer to the question I'll give a copy to the first three people who email me a 'hello'.
